I've known about Black Rabbit for some time - mainly through BootCo & Balls Out Bingo. I recently got the courage up to find out about a harness, so where better than Black Rabbit. I walked in & was greeted by Boy, straight away I felt at ease. Not only is Boy a great asset to Black Rabbit for his knowledge, but he built up my self confidence & self esteem explaining to me what harness suits me best. Visiting from interstate and my kinky friends took me too your new warehouse and I was like a kid in a candy store. I may have done a happy dance when I saw the wall of ouchie toys! Well layed out store and plenty of space for lots more fun toys! The range you stock is amazing and it's fantastic its not your typical 'adult shop' it has the real kink toys and caters to many fetishes! Being an Interstater the warehouse was hot and humid bit thats brisbane weather i guess, i appreciated the water available. The sales person was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the products and was giving us the time with the questions we had. I'll be making some purchases online of the products that were not available when I visited..

I have been in the kink scene for over 6 years now. First I started off buying cheaper items from various sites online. But the more I got into kink, the more i wanted to buy quality items. The build quality, construction, design and types of leather I purchased became more and more important. So Shopping at black rabbit was a no brainer. This is probably my favourite lifestyle store, as I believe they only try and stock quality items. My first shopping experience led to me buying over $600 worth of gear, and the assistance I was giving by Skout over the phone while trying ordering was next level customer service. He Actually went to the post office as soon as I paid over the phone to make sure he could send my items express that day. I ordered my items at 4pm Thursday from there QLD store, and it arrived Friday the next day at around 9am. So I was amazed at the postage and handling time. I will be a returning and loyal customer BlackRabbit. Very Very Happy.

Black Rabbit is a fantastic place to find a wide range of fabulous and quality toys (and information from the wonderful and experienced staff) ... it feels very welcoming and very comfortable to wander around and browse the array of sexy leathery steelly rubbery latexy fluffy....you get it! We bought a Doxy, not cheap but recommended by staff and wow what a great buy I totally recommend it BUT beware it is really really powerful!!!!!! I've known Pony and Alex for some years now, Firstly through the shop where, when exploring things to expand my toy collection with i found some of the most honest and accurate information from business owners I've ever received. For example Only last time I was in the shop Pony had spent over an hour with me picking out custom Bare Leatherworks Floggers to get the exact styles i wanted. Nothing was an inconvenience and every effort was made to cover every base so i didn't get just another flogger, i got a custom, quality and unique piece of equipment that if looked after will last a life time. Not once did i ever feel that i was sold too or that i could have got better information or products elsewhere. Over time Pony and Alex have become good friends and amazing, reliable sources of information, the vast majority of my kinky toy collection consists of stuff from Black Rabbit and I will always try and source things from Black Rabbit before I look anywhere else. When people are talking about Adult shops in Australia and i mention Black Rabbit and they reply with "what's Black Rabbit" my response is something along the lines of the Best Adult / BDSM shop in the country and once you've been there it will make pretty much any other Adult shop look like a $2 shop. Awesome customer service!!! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and Poney really went out of her way to make that idea a reality. My idea required multiple custom orders of floggers from Bare Leatherworks and thanks to their special relationship with their suppliers they were able to get them made. Gave some great recommendations on the practicalities of sizing based on my specific build and how I like to play. Saved me buying things I would end up only rarely using. Also gave very useful advice on tips and tricks on how to maximise the use of my purchases. Not pushy and not ignorant about their products. I found their many years of experience of the various products they sell (or more importantly don't sell) extremely helpful in making my selections. If you appreciate quality products you will appreciate Black Rabbit.
