Visiting from interstate and my kinky friends took me too your new warehouse and I was like a kid in a candy store. I may have done a happy dance when I saw the wall of ouchie toys! Well layed out store and plenty of space for lots more fun toys! The range you stock is amazing and it's fantastic its not your typical 'adult shop' it has the real kink toys and caters to many fetishes! Being an Interstater the warehouse was hot and humid bit thats brisbane weather i guess, i appreciated the water available. The sales person was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the products and was giving us the time with the questions we had. I'll be making some purchases online of the products that were not available when I visited..

I ordered my items at 4pm Thursday from there QLD store, and it arrived Friday the next day at around 9am. So I was amazed at the postage and handling time. Awesome customer service!!! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and Poney really went out of her way to make that idea a reality. My idea required multiple custom orders of floggers from Bare Leatherworks and thanks to their special relationship with their suppliers they were able to get them made. Gave some great recommendations on the practicalities of sizing based on my specific build and how I like to play. Saved me buying things I would end up only rarely using. Also gave very useful advice on tips and tricks on how to maximise the use of my purchases. Not pushy and not ignorant about their products. I found their many years of experience of the various products they sell (or more importantly don't sell) extremely helpful in making my selections. If you appreciate quality products you will appreciate Black Rabbit.
